30-day return policy.
We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.
What can be returned
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- Unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase
Non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Gift cards
- Final sale or clearance items
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Intimate apparel, swimwear, and earrings (for hygiene reasons)
- Perishable goods
- Digital downloads
How to start a return
- Email us at vortexvarietysupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We'll reply within 1–2 business days with a return authorization and shipping instructions.
- Pack the item securely and ship it to the address we provide.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll email you to confirm approval.
When you'll get your money back
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of inspection. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you haven't received your refund, please contact us at vortexvarietysupport@gmail.com.
Need a different size or color?
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the original item and place a new order once the return is approved. If you'd like a direct exchange for the same item in a different size or color, mention it in your return request and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping
- Customer-paid returns: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or shipped in error. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Lost returns: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we'll receive your returned item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company — it may take time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank — processing times vary.
