Fellow Aiden Precision Drip Coffee Maker — Thermal Carafe, App-Connected, SCA-Certified
The drip coffee maker designed by serious coffee people, for serious coffee drinkers. The Fellow Aiden brings barista-grade brewing precision to your kitchen counter — exact temperature control, programmable bloom and pulse pours, and an app that lets you dial in any roast or recipe. SCA-certified for excellence in brewing.
Why Coffee People Love the Aiden
- SCA Golden Cup Certified – the Specialty Coffee Association's highest brewing certification, awarded to a small handful of home coffee makers
- Precise Temperature Control – brews at exactly the temperature you choose (158–212°F / 70–100°C), holding it steady throughout the brew
- Programmable Bloom & Pulse Pours – mimics the intentional pours of a manual barista; controls flow rate, pulse timing, and total brew time
- Single-Serve & Full-Carafe Brewing – switch between a single mug (10oz) or a full thermal carafe (10 cups / 50oz) with one machine
- Insulated Stainless Thermal Carafe – keeps coffee hot for hours without a hot plate (which over-cooks the brew)
- App-Connected (Wi-Fi) – save recipes, browse Fellow's library of curated brew profiles from top roasters, schedule brewing
- Built-In Recipes from Top Roasters – Onyx, Sey, George Howell, and others have published Aiden-tuned recipes
- Real-Time Brew Display – watch each stage of the brew on the front screen
- Premium Build Quality – stainless steel, glass, and weighty construction; matches Fellow's design language
Built For
- Coffee enthusiasts who want pour-over quality without the manual labor
- Households that drink multiple cups per day and want consistent results
- Specialty coffee subscribers (Trade, Atlas, Bean Box) who buy expensive beans and want to brew them right
- Pour-over lovers tired of standing at the counter for 4 minutes every morning
- Anyone who's tasted a $5 specialty cafe pour-over and wondered why their home coffee tastes worse
How It's Different from a Regular Drip Coffee Maker
Most $50–$150 drip coffee makers don't actually heat water hot enough to extract coffee properly (the SCA standard is 195–205°F). The Aiden does, and holds it precisely. They also dump water all at once instead of a controlled bloom-then-pour, which leads to over-extraction in some grounds and under-extraction in others. The Aiden controls flow timing exactly. The result: cleaner, sweeter, more complex coffee from the same beans.
Compared to manual pour-over (Hario V60, Chemex, Kalita Wave), the Aiden gets you 90% of the same quality with 5% of the effort and 100% of the consistency.

Tip — Pair with a Quality Grinder
Even the best coffee maker can only work with the grind it's given. For best results, pair the Aiden with a burr grinder (Fellow Ode or Opus, Baratza Encore, or similar). Pre-ground coffee from the supermarket will mute the Aiden's precision — you'll get good coffee, but not great coffee.
